What are my payment options?
At the moment we only accept Cash Upon Delivery and Mobile Money transfers. However ,orders outside Accra and Tema requires payment before items are shipped to customers. Find Mobile Money payment details on our checkout page
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason there is a manufacturing defect with your purchase, you can return the product and get a replacement.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and handling rates vary depending on the destination of the order and are based on the total cost of the order. Click here to get more information about our shipping rates.
How do I place an order ?
Visit the product detail page for an item you wish to buy.
Tap Add to Cart.
When you've finished adding items to your cart, tap the Shopping Cart icon on the left corner of your screen or click View Cart on the Mini Cart page that pops up from the left of your screen.
If you need to edit the items in your Cart, tap Remove next to the item in the Cart.
Tap Checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
Review your order information and tap Place your order to complete your purchase.
You'll see an order confirmation screen when your purchase has been completed.
